Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Durango’s boutique online store and purchases made through it. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform.

Products and orders

Our selection includes T-shirts, tank tops, blouses, shirts and denim jackets. Please consult each product listing for its materials, size, care instructions and availability. Screen settings can affect color appearance. This does not limit remedies for faulty or materially misdescribed goods.

Prices are in US dollars. Review the order and total, including applicable tax, before submitting it. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt; payment and availability are subject to verification. If we cannot fulfill paid items, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled items and related charges.

Payment and shipping

Our payment service supports American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa; the methods offered at checkout depend on provider and issuer approval. Standard UPS shipping is free to eligible US addresses. Processing takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, with estimated transit of 3–7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.

Returns and cancellations

Eligible return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. We pay the return shipping for every eligible request, including size and change-of-mind returns, and charge no restocking fee. See our Return and Refund Policy for conditions and the refund process. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel; whether fulfillment can be stopped depends on the order’s status and applicable law.

Use of the store

Provide accurate information and use an authorized payment method. Do not misuse the site, violate others’ rights or interfere with security. Product descriptions, photographs and other store content may be protected by intellectual property law. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
