Refund policy
We accept eligible return and exchange requests for T-shirts, tank tops, blouses, shirts and denim jackets within 30 days after delivery, including requests for an unsuitable size or change of mind.
Start a request
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, item and requested resolution. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label for eligible returns and exchanges. Please do not send a parcel before receiving instructions.
Item condition
For ordinary returns and exchanges, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags attached and proof of purchase. An indoor try-on is permitted if the item remains in its original condition. Include original packaging where reasonably available. These conditions do not limit rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or wrong goods.
Shipping and exchanges
We cover the return shipping cost for all eligible returns and exchanges, including a change of mind or size, and charge no restocking fee. We also cover outbound shipping for an eligible replacement. Replacement availability and any price difference will be explained before an exchange is arranged. If a requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible return may be refunded.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and reviewed, we notify you of the outcome. An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt, including the amount paid for the item and applicable refundable tax. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays. Applicable legal rights and remedies remain available.
