Shipping policy
We ship T-shirts, tank tops, blouses, shirts and denim jackets to eligible United States addresses using UPS. International shipping is not offered.
Shipping cost and delivery estimates
Standard UPS shipping is free for eligible US orders, with no minimum purchase.
- Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Transit: an estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Total estimate: 4–10 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by weather, carrier delays or address issues. If dispatch is delayed beyond the processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by law.
Tracking and support
We provide tracking when your order ships. Please check your delivery address at checkout and contact us promptly about any correction, delayed or missing parcel. We will investigate with UPS and assist with an appropriate resolution. For returns and exchanges, requests must be made within 30 days after delivery; eligible return shipping is paid by us.
We aim to reply to inquiries within 24–48 hours.
